Lydia is a freelance dancer and choreographer since 1995. Participations in numerous theatre productions as well as in the event area, among others C. Winkler, M. Buchmann, W. Bickmann, Phase 7.
She also is a certified teacher for Tri Yoga Basics and Girokinesis.
